This notice applies to the public websites operated under bidson.app and bidson.se. It does not replace the privacy information or agreements that apply when a merchant installs or uses a Bidson app.
Information we handle
- Basic technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, requested page, browser details and time of access.
- Information you choose to provide when you contact us, such as your name, email address and message.
- The public website does not currently use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use technical information to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure service. We use contact information to answer requests and, where relevant, take steps before entering into an agreement.
Retention
Technical information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security and troubleshooting. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal or business requirements.
Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
