Set it up once
After the initial import, there is no routine export or manual synchronization to run. Shopify customer and order changes are queued and synchronized to Close automatically, while the app dashboard remains available for status and recovery when needed.
Reliable by design
The integration uses stable matching, idempotent jobs, background processing, controlled retries, rate-limit handling, and privacy redaction without storing complete Shopify payloads.
