What the Pipedrive integration synchronizes

  • Customer identity, email, phone, tags, marketing state, and optional coarse location on Pipedrive Persons.
  • Order count, total spent, average order value, and latest-order details.
  • Automatic Shopify customer and order updates after the initial import.

Automatic Person field setup

Bidson CRM Sync creates or reuses the required custom Person fields during setup. Technical Shopify customer and import identifiers are hidden from the normal Pipedrive detail view while remaining available to the integration for safe matching and recovery.

Built for reliable syncing

The integration checks the saved customer link before Shopify customer ID and email, stops on ambiguous matches, handles temporary Pipedrive errors automatically, and does not store complete copies of Shopify customer or order data.
