Prepare your folk group
Create the Bidson CRM Sync custom fields documented on the Documentation page in the folk group you select. Configuration validates every required name and type before any customer can be imported. Amounts use plain number fields and Shopify Currency stores the currency code.

The integration matches by Shopify customer ID before email, stops on ambiguous matches, preserves unrelated list values, and redacts only Shopify-sourced data for privacy requests.
