Why choose Bidson CRM Sync?

  • Eliminate manual exports and recurring automation workflows.
  • Give your sales team current customer and purchase insights.
  • Review customer matching before the first import.
  • Update existing records while reducing unnecessary duplicates.
  • Let synchronization resume automatically after temporary errors.

Is Bidson CRM Sync right for you?

Bidson CRM Sync is designed for merchants who want a reliable Shopify-to-SuperOffice sync without building and maintaining custom automation workflows.

The sync runs one way from Shopify to SuperOffice. It does not send CRM changes back to Shopify or create a separate CRM record for every order.

Prepare and publish CRM fields

Connect SuperOffice Online with administrator approval. Bidson prepares the required fields; an administrator then reviews and publishes them in SuperOffice Settings and maintenance. Return to Bidson and check the fields again before previewing the import, testing three customers and starting full synchronization.
